Has a broad spectrum general family practice including intrapartum obstetrics. Specializes in performing and teaching procedural skills in family medicine including minor skin surgery, flexible sigmoidoscopy and vasectomy. Also serves as coroner and has a special interest in forensic medicine. |

Interested in education and research about practice audit, quality of care, clinical practice guidelines and evidence-based medicine. Is a strong advocate for family medicine research and resident research. Active in the College of Family Physicians of Canada. President of the Ontario College of Family Physicians 2008/2009. |
